Atlantis Luxury Hotel Email Campaign

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is a Four Diamond resort destination recognized for luxurious accommodations, award-winning dining and casino gaming.

Objective: Atlantis Casino Resort Spa wanted to increase hotel occupancy and revenue during Valentine’s day week.

Role: Planned, developed and executed a Valentine’s Day digital marketing campaign through web, email and Facebook advertising.

Strategy: For this campaign, we wanted to appeal to couples looking for a last minute romantic getaway. Our strategy was comprised of:

  • Tailored messaging – in collaboration with the design team, we tailored images, copy and content format to capture last minute shoppers looking to secure a Valentine’s Day gift for their significant other. We featured other recognizable amenities like dining and spa to attract new and previous hotel guests.

  • Audience targeting – by targeting audiences with specific interests and demographics, our Facebook campaign achieved high click-through-rates.

  • Maintaining brand equity – by strategically blending product-focused images with lifestyle photos, the campaign used consistent visuals to reinforce the brand ethos — unparalleled service and amenities.

Results:

  • Facebook ads reached over 25K people, of which 3.3% visited the landing page

  • Of all transactions made between 1/25-2/14 for stays between 2/10-2/14, this campaign accounted for 3% of those transactions, 2.9% of total room nights, and 4% of revenue
