ROC (Reno Orthopedic Center) is northern Nevada’s largest provider of orthopedic services including sports medicine, trauma & fractures, joint replacement and foot & ankle. 

Objective: ROC wanted to grow their brand presence in the digital space, in an effort to increase online market share, rankings and traffic. 

Role: Implemented and executed SEO and paid search strategies to continuously help ROC capture more online market share and bookings. 

Strategy: For ROC, the emphasis was to increase local search while simultaneously broadening our reach. For the last two years, I’ve worked on developing and executing SEO strategies for ROC, helping drive more traffic to their specialty pages. We also worked with ROC this year to launch a brand new site from start to finish, which helped bolster our ongoing SEO efforts.

On the paid search side, we ran a mix of branded and specialty-focused campaigns. I managed the ads on a monthly basis, helping to maintain a CTR of up to 12% and an average CPC of less than $2, results that exceed ROC’s industry benchmarks. 

Results: Since I started managing the account in 2019, ROC has seen incredible organic growth:

  • 450% increase in #1 rankings
  • 67 new featured snippets
  • Increases in organic traffic and phone calls
